Please note a minimum reserve bid has been placed on this item. Joanne Marchildon Artworks reserves the right to cancel sale to the highest bidder if the minimum reserve is not met.

Auction is open until Midnight December 7, 2008 at which time the highest bidder will be determined for purchasing the painting.

Bids are being accepted by the public for this original Joanne Marchildon Artwork with proceeds going to the Cameron Bourdages Trust Account though F Division Slain Officer Fund.

For an auction bid to be valid, it must include the following information:

-if a message is left, all necessary information listed above must be included for the bid to be valid, however, messages will be checked daily and best efforts will be made to return phone calls with regards to placing a bid.

3. Bid in person at any show or sale listed on joannemarchildon.com events page on or before December 7, 2008

YOU CAN DETERMINE YOUR BID STANDING, WHETHER RESERVE BID HAS BEEN MET AND WHETHER YOUR BID HAS BEEN EXCEEDED BY MONITORING THE LEADING BID. BIDS WILL BE UPDATED DAILY.

All bid amounts are in Canadian Dollars. A minimum reserve bid has been placed on this auction. The minimum reserve bid must be met in order for the auction committee to sell to the highest bidder.  Should the minimum reserve bid not be met, Joanne Marchildon Artworks reserves the right to re-sell the painting by means of auction or private sale. 

Bids are not retractable and are binding to the rules and conditions listed below.

The winner of the auction will be contacted by phone and / or email within 24 hours of closing of the auction. Joanne Marchildon Artworks reserves the right to list the name of the winner/purchaser on joannemarchildon.com.

Joanne Marchildon Artworks agrees to hold confidential the personal details listed by bidders with exception to bidding name and bidding amount which will be posted on the bidding history on the website.

The winner/purchaser is to take possession of the painting at Joanne Marchildon Artworks, 2517 Cumberland Ave S, Saskatoon, Sk. The winner/purchaser may choose to have the painting shipped at the purchaser’s request, own cost and own risk. The purchaser will determine the shipping services & provide payment of shipping costs prior to painting being shipped.

In the event of a dispute between bidders or bidders and auction committee, or in the event of doubt or dispute as to the validity of any bid, the auction committee will have the discretion to determine the winner/purchaser.

Proceeds from the auction will go to the Cameron Bourdages Trust Account through F Division Slain Officer Fund.

Conditions of Sale and Purchase:

1. A bid on the painting constitutes a formal agreement to be bound by the conditions of sale and purchase.

2. When the auction is complete, the winning bidder will be legally obligated to purchase the item for the amount stated in their highest bid.

3. Payment must be made by cheque, money order, visa or master card to Joanne Marchildon Nature Artist within 4 days from closing date of the auction. Arrangements for the purchaser to take possession of the painting will be made once payment has cleared.

4. Failure to comply with the rules and conditions listed, in addition to other remedies made by the auction committee or Joanne Marchildon Artworks, may result in cancellation of the sale and re-offer of the painting to the next highest bidder or private sale for which original purchaser to be held liable for costs associated therewith.
