How to Order

Orders from our online gallery can be placed to Joanne Marchildon through the website, and call or mail orders are also welcome.

Payment terms

Shop securely with online shopping that allows you to pay for your purchases with your choice of personal checks, money orders, call or mail in orders with Visa/Mastercard, or pay securely online with PayPal. Your order will be shipped after payment has cleared.

Website – ordering online allows a shopping cart to gather the information of your desired order as you shop our art gallery. The Secure Checkout process gives you the option of paying with your choice of personal checks, money orders or PAYPAL payment on all orders.

To order with PayPal, simply choose which items you wish to order by clicking in the "Add to Cart" button below the item. To check out, click on the "View Cart" button, and then click on the CHECKOUT button in the window that appears showing the total of your order. From there, complete the instructions to secure the transaction and we will contact you to confirm your order. Enjoy and thank you for purchasing a Joanne Marchildon work of art.

Shipping:

All items are shipped via Canada Post unless buyer requests a different delivery method. Please contact us with your mailing address and we will send the shipping cost in advance of your placing the order.

Outside Canada/USA:
A shipping quote will be provided for approval before processing of your order.

Overweight items and original artwork shipping will be quoted individually for insured shipping. Prices can vary depending on the size and weight of the painting. You may email us before purchasing for a shipping quote.

Orders/Delivery times:

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 weeks of receipt of payment. If a backorder occurs, we will contact the buyer and give the option to substitute an item or wait for it to be re-stocked. Once an order is processed, a confirmation will be sent to the buyer via email.
